Meet Margaux Fox: The Heart Behind Fig + Fox
Born and raised in South Jersey, I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together through unforgettable dining experiences. After working as an event planner in New York, I made a decision to pursue my passions and work towards becoming the best chef I could be—a decision that led me on an incredible journey from Paris to Palm Beach.
I honed my craft at École Ducasse in Paris, earning my Culinary Arts Diploma before refining my skills in a Michelin-starred kitchen in France. I am very fortunate enough to have worked with exceptional Chefs from Paris, Avalon and Palm Beach. With a deep love for exceptional wine, I also achieved my WSET Level 2 certification, allowing me to create perfectly curated pairings to complement every meal.
Now, I’m thrilled to introduce Fox and Fig, a bespoke culinary experience that blends my expertise in fine dining, event planning, and wine pairing to craft truly special moments.
