Meet Margaux Fox: The Heart Behind Fig + Fox
I grew up on the Jersey Shore, where good food and good company have always gone hand in hand. After a few years working as an event planner in New York, I decided to follow my real passion—cooking—and traded the office for the kitchen. That decision took me on a wild ride from Paris to Palm Beach.
In Paris, I trained at École Ducasse and earned my Culinary Arts Diploma, then sharpened my skills in a Michelin-starred kitchen. I’ve had the privilege of working with some seriously talented chefs in Paris, Avalon, and Palm Beach, and along the way, I picked up my WSET Level 2 in wine so I could pair the perfect glass with every plate.
Now, I’m bringing it all together with Fox and Fig—a laid-back but elevated culinary experience that’s all about amazing food, beautiful wine, and great vibes.
